How long does it take to publish my event?
Standard and Premium listings are typically published within 3-5 working days. Premium listings with late submissions (under 14 days notice) are prioritized.
What images should I provide?
Please provide high-resolution images (minimum 1200px wide) that represent your event. Images that capture the experience of the event are best - avoid using an image of a poster for the event. We'll optimize them for responsive display across all devices.
Will my event have maps and ticket links?
Yes! We automatically generate maps for your venue location and integrate ticketing links where applicable.
What if my event spans multiple days?
Extended events are handled with a single listing that displays all relevant dates. Contact us for events longer than one month.
Can I make changes after submission?
Premium listings include one round of post-submission changes. For Standard listings, please ensure all details are correct before submitting.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Premium includes homepage featuring for 7 days, accepts late submissions (under 14 days notice), provides a listing preview before publication, and gives you an ad-free event page. Standard is great for events planned well in advance that don't need top placement.
What does the Instagram Roundup add-on include?
Your event gets featured in our weekly Instagram roundup stories, which typically reach 75,000-250,000 views. We tag your account for maximum exposure and direct traffic to your event.
Do you write the listing text for me?
Based on the information you provide, our editorial team will craft the event listing text to suit our style which works best with our audience. Premium listings can preview the listing before publication.
How much traffic will my Premium listing get?
Premium listings are featured across the entire events section (at the top of the "This Week" and "This Month" listings, and underneath individual listings). Typically this results in 50,000 - 100,000 impressions per 7 days of being featured.
How much traffic will my Standard listing get?
Standard listings, whilst not featured at the top, still appear on the main events page when the timing matches your event (e.g. "This Week" when it is the week of your event). The main event pages usually have 5,000 - 10,000 impressions in a 7 day period.
What if I want to publish my event listing for more than one month?
If you need your event listed for more than 1 month please contact us for monthly pricing.
What if my event is less than a month from now?
Event listing pricing is per month, and we charge a minimum of 1 month even if your event is less than a month away. However, event listings tend to get the most exposure in the 14 days running up to the event date, so it's still well worth submitting your event even with less than a month remaining.
